At Legacy Scoop, billing is simple and transparent. All recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month for that month’s cleanups. If you sign up after the month has already started, your first invoice will be prorated based on your start date. For example, if your first service falls on the second Monday of the month, you’ll only be charged for the remaining visits that month. After that, regular monthly billing begins on the 1st. Payments are securely processed through our system, and you’ll receive reminders and receipts automatically for your records.

Our standard pricing covers yards up to ⅛ acre. For every additional ⅛ acre, we simply add the equivalent cost of one extra dog per service.
For example:
Up to ⅛ acre = base rate
⅛–¼ acre = +1 dog rate
¼–⅜ acre = +2 dog rate, and so on
This keeps pricing simple and fair based on the extra time and walking distance required for larger yards.

At Legacy Scoop, your safety, your pets’ safety, and our team’s safety always come first. If weather conditions such as heavy rain or lightning make it unsafe to service your yard, we’ll postpone your visit to the following day whenever possible. If that can’t be done, we’ll simply return on your next scheduled service day.

At Legacy Scoop, pet safety always comes first. We send a reminder the day before your scheduled service and text you with an estimated arrival time on the day of. Once your yard is cleaned, we make sure your gate is securely closed and take a photo for our records (available upon request). Our team sanitizes all equipment after every visit to prevent any cross-contamination between yards. We’re also trained to recognize potential health concerns in pet waste, and if we notice anything unusual, we’ll let you know immediately.
